3 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter 3 c. flour
Cream eggs, salt, sugar and butter together until smooth. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and baking soda. Add with nutmeg and flour to cream mixture. Mixture should be slightly sticky after mixed. Cover bowl and let refrigerate for about 1-2 hours (this makes the dough much easier to work with). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out to about 1/4 in thickness.
